Wednesday night we had a Valentines Party with our 11
th graders at church. I wish I took more pictures, but we did "old school" things. The students made Valentines Bags, decorated heart shape cookies, ate cupcakes, passed out Valentines to one another, guessed how many
Hot tamales were in a jar, and had a bubble blowing contest. It was so much fun to go back to the elementary school days and the kids really enjoyed it. Andrew... who is one of the "kids" loved the bubble gum blowing game. He was very
positive that he was the BEST at blowing bubbles, but he let one of the students win! ;)
We adore the students we have gotten to work with the last 2 years. We have formed long lasting
relationships with young men and women and have learned so much from each of them. We are blessed to have them in our lives. The Lord called both of us to serve with the youth when we were in college and we would not trade it for the world. Here is one of our sweet boys this year, Spencer! He loves babies and is great with them! If you ever need a man-
nie give him a call! Wyatt seems to like him a lot too.... I think Spencer's arm tasted good that night!
The picture below is Peggy! She took Andrew and I under her wing when we first got into the church. We love her so much! She is an amazing women of God. If you have not, you need to hear her teach. The Lord has
definitely gifted her with teaching His word. She has been a wonderful mentor to me and it amazes me that the Lord has placed another strong, godly women in my life to help me through tough times. Thanks Peggy for all you do! Wyatt already loves you tons.
